The objective of this course is to give a new or existing business owner or manager the confidence to manage a business successfully even if he/she has no previous business experience.

How is the course conducted?

The aim of the course is for the delegates to learn and remember as much as possible. To facilitate this a lot of interaction between the delegates is encouraged. Roleplays and exercises form an essential part of this training course.

This three-day programme is for people who conduct field visits to franchised as well as company owned outlets.
